Description

Cath-EI Tek Solution is hiring an experienced SAP AMS Consultant to provide expert support and ensure seamless functionality of SAP systems for our clients. This role is integral to maintaining the performance, security, and usability of SAP applications in diverse business environments.

Responsibilities
  • Monitor and maintain SAP systems to ensure optimal performance and uptime.
  • Provide incident resolution and problem management support for SAP applications.
  • Perform system upgrades, patches, and performance tuning.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand requirements and implement system enhancements.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation for SAP AMS processes.
  • Ensure compliance with SLAs for response time and issue resolution.
  • Conduct regular system health checks and recommend improvements.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields.
  • 3+ years of experience in SAP AMS roles.
  • Proficiency in SAP Basis, ABAP debugging, and system monitoring tools.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and client interaction skills.
